Blowers <br /> Copy of excerpt of November 12, 1974, Council rndnutes showing original granting <br /> of variance has been distributed to Council, along with memo of December 4, <br /> 1975, from Zoning Adrndnistrator pointing out that the original variance <br /> has been granted pending examination of the fence set back requirements by the <br /> Planning Commission.
