Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1081 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer to serve the Skyline <br />Loop Annexation Area generally bounded by 43rd Avenue on <br />the north, Dillard Road on the south and west, and east of Skyline Loop on the east <br />(Phase I) (75-41) was read by council bill number and title only, there being no <br />Council member present requesting that it be read in 'full. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be referred to Assessment Panel for <br />hearing on AprilS, 1976 and Panel recommendation brought back for Council consideration <br />on ApriL12,1976. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1082 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in area between <br />160 feet west of Willamette Street and Pearl Street and <br />between 4th Avenue and 225 feet north of 4th Avenue (75-56) was read by council, bill <br />number and title only, there being no Council member present requesting that it be <br />read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be referred to Assessment Panel for <br />hearing on April 5, 1976 and Panel recommendation brought back for Council consideration <br />on April 12, 1976. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />v - Resolutions <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2490 - Amending Article IV, Resolution 1791 and 2454, Council Bylaws, <br />providing for appointment of city residents only to city <br />boards and commissions was read by nUmber and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion <br />carried, all Council members present voting aye, except Councilman Bradley voting no. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2491 - Amending Article II, Resolution 1761, 2105, 2175, Council <br />Bylaws, providing for city manager's setting public hearing <br />dates in quasi-judicial matters was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2492 - Authorizing payment of bills and claims for period March 8 <br />through March 22, 1976 was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws to adopt the resolution.
