Staff had no objections. <br /> <br />Public hearing was opened. <br /> <br />Gary Straube, 877 Walnut Street, Junction City, spoke in favor of the application. <br />He noted the property was properly zoned for the outlet, that the proposed con- <br />venience grocery store would be appropriate for that neighborhood. He described <br />proposed gasoline sales in conjunction with the store. The right to sell al- <br />coholic beverages'was requested to make the facility economically feasible, he <br />said.
