All Council members present voting aye, except Councilman Bradley voting <br />no because he felt the city's assessment policy/wasnot equitable, the bill was declared <br />passed and numbered 17606. <br />Council Bill No. 1082 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in area between <br />160 feet west of Willamette Street and Pearl Street and <br />between 4th Avenue and 225 feet north of 4th Avenue (75-56), read the first time on <br />March 22, 1976 and referred to Assessment Panel for hearing on April 5, 1976, was <br />brought back with recommendation to levy assessments aspropsed and read the second <br />time by council bill number and title only, there being no Council member present <br />requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be approved and given final passage. <br />Rollcall vote. All Council members present voting aye, the bill was declared passed <br />and numbered 17607. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1090 - Authorizing issuance and sale of $2,160,000 General Obligation <br />Bancroft Improvement Bonds, Series "C" (bid opening 10:30 a.m.; <br />award 2:00 p.m. PDT May 26, 1976) was read by council bill number and title only, <br />there being no Council member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be read the second time by council bill <br />number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at <br />this time.
