Rollcall vote. All Council <br />members present voting aye, motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2510 - Authorizing negotiation and condemnation for sewer easement <br />in Skyline Loop area - 223 Barber Drive, Bartlett - was read <br /> <br />by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mr. Hamel to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion <br />carried, all Council members present voting aye. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2511 - Submitting to voters at special election on June 29, 1976 <br />two ballot measures levying outside 6% limitation: For city <br />budget - $4,357,685; for Downtown Development District - $157,532, was read by <br />number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mr. Hamel to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion <br />carried, all Council members present voting aye. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2512 - Authorizing payment of bills and claims for period May 10 <br />through May 24, 1976 was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mr. Hamel to adopt the resolution.
