All Council members present voting aye" the bill was deClared passed <br />and numbered 17688. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1171 - Establishing moratorium to July 1, 1977 on conditional <br />use permits in area between Pearl Street and High Street, <br />and between 1st Avenue (High extended) and east/west alley south of 3rd Avenue <br />was read by council bill number and title only, there being no council member <br />present'requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be read the second time by council bill <br />number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered. <br />at this time.
