Motion carried unanimously. Manager reviewed OLec report indicating that of those interviewed in the neighborhood, there was one objector, ten nonobjectors. Staff had no obj ect ions. Public hearing was opened. I-A-4 John Langan, 2775 Fillmore Street, petitioner, noted that the proposed location was properly zoned and that there were no taverns in that area. Public hearing was closed, there being no further testimony presented. Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Williams to recommend approval of the application. Motion carried unanimously. D. Public hearing was held with no testimony presented. Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Williams to award contracts to the low bidders as recommended. Rollcall vote.
