Approve <br /> --' <br /> Mr. Bradley suggested scheduling discussion of the process at <br /> the July 28 committee meeting, then reconsidering applications <br /> the foLIowing week. Mrs. Beal felt that the applications should <br /> be processed as soon as possible, that the applicants may have <br /> already budgeted funds approved previously by the Council. Mr. <br /> Keller also expressed dissatisfaction with the current process. <br /> He feels that, in considering each application, Council should <br /> ask themselves what services the applicant is offering the city <br /> for how many dollars. In other words, "What are we buying?" <br /> Vote was taken on the motion as stated. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> It was understood that applicants would be notified of the rescinding <br /> action and of the meeting to reconsider on July 28. <br /> E.
