Sanitary sewer on North Polk Street north of Polk Court - Memo from <br /> Public Works Director wa; distributed with the Ju~y 14 agenda <br /> explaining that this project involves reconnection of four sanitary <br /> seryiges from the old trunk sewer. This portion was not constructed <br /> when the bal.ance of the North Polk--Stree-f-ilne was completed (1969) <br /> because all of this proper.ty lies wi thin the proposed Highway <br /> 126 right-of-way. These ronnections now empty directly into <br /> the River through the storm sewer converted from the old trunk -- <br /> sewer. Also recommended was deferral of payment of the <br /> aSSL'ssmcnts until such t.ime as that property is connected to <br /> the new sewer since some of the properties are now adequately <br /> served by a private system.
