Supreme Court Session--Manager noted that the Oregon Supreme <br /> Court will be meeting in the Council Chamber on November 1, <br /> from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After the session, they will answer <br /> questions from law students and others. Manager added that <br /> they are meeting in the Council Chamber for the first time I.n File <br /> Eugene's history; there is no suitable room in the Federal Building. <br /> He noted too that one of the docket items will be the Cross Case. <br /> H. Guide to Housing for the Elderly Frail--The guide was distributed -- <br /> to Council members by Molly Clarke, chairman of the Housing Sub- <br /> committee of the Mayor's Senior Citizen Advisory Committee. <br /> Ms. Clarke noted that the advisory committee seeks the needs of <br /> the aging as compared to the Aging Commission, which works on the <br /> rights of the aging. She added too that City staff person Robin <br /> Cushman assisted in the development of the brochure which includes <br /> guidelines for rehabilitation of older homes and construction of File <br /> new homes for the elderly frail. <br />II. Segregation of Assessment-rSoutheast corner of 43rd and Dillard <br /> Requested by Robert Gemmell, 32434 East Deberry Road. Approve <br /> Mr. Keller moved seconded by Mr. Haws to approve the segregation. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />III.
