Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion carried, all Council members present voting aye. Res. No. 2629--Authorizing transfer from Contingency Fund of $3,204 for fire escape repairs and improvements was read by number and title. Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion carried, all Council members present voting aye. Res. No. 2630--Authorizing payment of bills, claims, and progress payments January 24, 1977 through February 14, 1977 was read by number and title. Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Rollfal1 vote. Motion carried, all eouncil members present voting aye. Res. No. 2631--Authorizing R.A. "GuS" Keller, Charles T. Henry, and Sherman Flogstad to be authorized signers on checking accounts in the Citizens' Bank of Oregon, the U.S. National Bank of Oregon, and the First National Bank of Oregon was read by number and title. Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion carried, all eouncil members present voting aye. . v. Executive Session Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(d), the City Council of Eugene meet in executive session at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 16, 1977, in the Mayor's office to consult with Council regarding current litigation and acquisition of property.
