B. 1369 be read for <br />the first time and be referred to the Assessment Panel for hearing <br />on March 7, 1977, and Panel recommendation be brought back for Council <br />consideration for final reading on March 14, 1977. Motion carried <br />unanimously, with all Council members present voting aye. <br /> <br />IV-B-7 <br /> <br />C. B. 1370--Approving and adopting plans and specifications for <br />improvement of Bertelsen Road from 11th Avenue to <br />Royal Avenue was read by Council Bill number and <br />title only, there being no Council member present <br />requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be read for <br />the second time by Council Bill number only, with unanimous consent <br />of the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time. <br />Motion carried unanimously, and the bill was read the second time <br />by Council Bi 11 number only. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel that the bill be approved and <br />given final passage.
