C.B. 1367--Levying assessments for paving l5th Avenue from Jefferson <br />Street to Madison Street (76-52 - ll24) <br /> <br />Request to be heard was received from Warren E. Ove of 1490 Jefferson <br />Street. <br /> <br />Mr. Teitzel explained that this project was initiated by the City Council <br />at the request of the Bicycle Committee, 1n order to provide better <br />access to the Lane County Fairgrounds. <br /> <br />Warren Ove spoke, stating that the first he had heard of the paving <br />project was when he received a notice that the Council would consider <br />award of the bids. He further stated that he had been informed that <br />the property owners had been polled regarding their opinion of the <br />street paving project, but that he had not received any information <br />in this regard. Mr. Ove further stated that the pol1 letter had gone <br />out, but that he had been informed by the City that a mistake had <br />been made and the letter had been mailed to the wrong owner. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~~7 <br /> <br />3/14/77 - 31 <br />
