<br />C.B. 1341--Levying assessments for alley paving--between 18th Avenue <br />and 19th Avenue from Oak Street to Pearl Street (76-12) <br />read the first time on February 14, 1977 and referred to <br />Assessment Panel March 7, 1977, was brought back and read <br />the second time by council bill number and title only, <br />there being no Council members present requesting that <br />it be read in full. There were no written protests on <br />file or requests to be heard. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All Council members <br />present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered <br />17906. <br /> <br />C.B. 1342--Leving assessments for paving, sanitary and storm sewers <br />within Kincaid Oaks Subidvision; and paving Kincaid street <br />for East Amazon Drive to the east and north (76-15) read <br />the first time on February 14, 1977 and referred to Assess- <br />ment Panel March 7, 1977, was brought back and read the <br />second time by council bill number and title only, there <br />being no Council members present requesting that it be read <br />in full. There were no written protests on file or requests <br />to be heard. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Rollcall vote. There were no <br />written protests on file or requests to be heard. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All Council members <br />present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered <br />17908. <br /> <br />C.B. 1363--Levying assessments for paving, sanitary and storm sewer <br />within 2nd Addition to Meadowbrook; and sanitary sewer and <br />storm sewer to serve the property within 160 feet of the <br />south boundary of 2nd Addition to Meadowbrook (76-14) read <br />the first time on February 28, 1977 and referred to Assess- <br />ment Panel March 7, 1977, was brought back and read the <br />second time by council bill number and title only, there <br />being no Council members present requesting that it be read <br />in full.
