Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />II. Liquor Licenses <br /> <br />A. Hatch Cover Restaurant, Inc. (DA, new outlet); SE corner of Tax <br />Lot 1901 on Country Club Road; John A. Costello. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to schedule a public <br />hearing April 25, 1977. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. B. Sanitary sewer on Foch Street from Roosevelt Boulevard to 220 feet <br />south; 28 per cent of assessable property on petition; no city costs. <br />B. Paving, sanitary and storm sewer within Shiloh Subdivision; 33 per <br />cent paving, and 7 per cent sanitary sewer outside subdivision; no <br />city costs. <br />C. Paving, sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewer within Sailor Flats <br />Subdivision; all assessable within subdivision; city costs $18,500 <br />on storm sewer. <br />D. Paving, sanitary and storm sewer within Thorne Estates Subdivision; <br />all assessable within subdivision; no city costs. <br />E. Paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within Kodiak Park; 2 per <br />cent paving and 4 per cent sanitary sewer outside subdivision; no city <br />costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to approve the improvement <br />petitions.
