Manager replied the liquor <br />licenses were granted based on the growth of population in an area. Mr. <br />Bradley wondered how many more licenses would be dispensed in Eugene, to <br />which Staff replied perhaps 15. Mr. Bradley said if so, perhaps Council <br />should be more particular in where, when, and to whom it would be issuing <br />the liquor licenses.
