Johnson <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved seconded by Mr. Hamel to approve the <br />liquor license application. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />B. The 4th Street Depot, 433 Willamette Street--withdrawn at <br />the request of the applicant's attorney. <br /> <br />Planning Commission recommendation to change alley from two-way to <br />one-wa~south on block bounded by Hilbard-patterson-18th-19tE~-Mr. <br />Saul noted the change was petitioned y the Emerald Baptist Church <br />which owns most of the property along the alley-way and there had <br />been no opposition at the Planning Commission hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved seconded by Mr. Hamel to schedule public <br />hearing May 23, 1977.
