Section 2. The City Manager, or the Manager's designee, is requested to forward a copy of this <br />Resolution to the applicant within ten days from the date of adoption of this Resolution, along with a <br />notice informing the applicant of the right to appeal in the manner set forth in ORS 34.010 to 34.100. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the day of January, 2018. <br />City Recorder <br />January 22, 2018, Work Session and Meeting - Item 2F <br />
