Certification for State Shared Revenue--Resclution distributed. <br /> Res. No. 2770--Setting fcrth services provided by the City .of Eugene <br /> as required under Oregon Revised Statutes to be eligible <br /> to receive state Shared Revenues was read by number and <br /> title .only. <br /> Mayor Keller recalled that one requirement for receiving revenue funds <br /> from the state was a five-year financial plan and wendered how that was <br /> progressing. Assistant Manager replied Council would be briefed .on <br /> that plan by the end .of December or first of January. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, secended by Mr. Hamel, tc adcpt the resolution. <br /> Roll call vote. Metion carried unanimeusly. <br />X. Request tc Federal Gevernment tc Pretest Abeve-Greund Nuclear Testing <br /> Res. No. 2771--Concerning the atmospheric testing .of nuclear weapons .or <br /> devices by the People's Republic of China was read by e <br /> number and title. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adcpt the resoluticn. <br /> Ro 11 ca 11 vcte. Motion carried unanimously. <br />XI. Approval .of Ceuncil Minutes <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to apprcve Council minutes <br /> da ted : September 13, 20, and 22, 1976; Ncvember 8 and 22, 1976; <br /> December 13 and 20, 1976; September 26 (special meeting) and 28, <br /> 1977 . Roll ca 11 vete. Moticn carried unanimously. <br />XI 1. Constructien en Spy Glass Drive <br /> Mr. Hamel requested staff information regarding the development .on Spy <br /> Glass Drive off Cal Ycung. He noted a great concern regarding wood <br /> homes being built in a wcoded area with .only .one entrance and one <br />I exit. Manager replied.John Perter, Planning Department, wculd respcnd. <br />XI II.
