<br />2. <br /> <br />Property located south of Beltline, north of Ironwood and Wildwood <br />Streets (A-4 Investment)(A/Z 77-13) <br />Unanimously recommended by the Planning Commlssion-February 14, 1978. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Saul said this was an island annexation consisting of approxima- <br />tely 6.68 acres. Because it is an island annexation, it need only be <br />reviewed under the standards of the City. Review by the Planning <br />Commission indicated that all services can be extended. <br /> <br />No ex parte contacts or conflicts of interest were declared by <br />Councilors. Staff Notes and minutes were received as part of the <br />record by reference thereto. <br /> <br />Public hearing was opened. <br /> <br />Roland Arbogast, 341 Ransom Court, represented the A-4 Investment <br />Corporation and was available to answer questions. <br /> <br />Public hearing was closed, there being no further testimony <br />presented. <br /> <br />Res. No. 2849--Forwarding to Boundary Commission recommendation for <br />annexati on of property located south of Beltl i ne, north of <br />Ironwood and Wildwood streets was read by number and title. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Bradley, that findings supporting <br />the annexation as set out in Planning Commission Staff Notes and <br />Minutes of February 14, 1978, be adopted by reference thereto, and <br />that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C.B. 1638--Authorizing rezoning from County RA to City R-1 of property <br />located south of Beltline, north of Ironwood and Wildwood <br />streets was read by council bill number and title only, there <br />being no Councilor present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Bradley, that findings supporting <br />the rezoning as set out in Planning Commission Staff Notes and <br />Minutes of February 14, 1978, be adopted by reference thereto; <br />that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, <br />with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be <br />considered at this time. ~1otion carried unanimously and the bill <br />was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Bradley, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage.
