<br />.., <br /> <br />Vote was taken on the amendment to the amendment, calling for a <br />public hearing on the moratorium, which carried with Smith, Obie, <br />Hamel, and Delay voting aye; Haws, Williams, and Lieuallen, voting <br />no. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Vote was taken on the amendment to delete the word "no" in the <br />main motion which passed with Haws, Smith, Obie, and Hamel voting <br />aye; Williams, Delay, and Lieuallen voting no. <br /> <br />.In clarification of the action that Council had just taken, it was noted <br />a moratorium could not be in effect until after the public hearing on <br />March 27, and time limits for the moratorium could be set at that time. <br /> <br />Vote was taken on the main motion, which carried with Hamel, <br />Smith, Williams, and Obie voting aye; Haws, Delay, and Lieuallen <br />voting no. <br /> <br />IV.
