Ordinances for First Reading <br /> <br />C.B. 1623--Levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer within River Tree Subdivision and sanitary sewer within <br />160 feet of the east and west boundaries (1290}(76-68) was read by <br />council bill number and title only, there being no Councilor <br />present requesting it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Bradley, that the bill be <br />read the first time and referred to Hearings Panel for hearing <br />March 20, 1978, and Panel recommendation be brought back for <br />Council consideration March 27, 1978. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C.B. 1624--Levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer, and pedestrian way within Deodar Subdivision (1339) <br />(77-08) was read by council bill number and title only, there <br />being no Councilor present requesting it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Bradley, that the bill be read <br />the first time and referred to Hearings Panel for hearing March 20, <br />1978, and Panel recommendation be brought back for Council <br />consideration March 27, 1978.
