Clarifies meaning <br /> of mature plant for purposes of Oregon Medical Marijuana Act. Authorizes certain <br /> licensed health care professionals to administer medical marijuana to authorized <br /> ~ersons in certain circumstances. Requires Department of Human Services to <br /> develop system to allow authorized law enforcement personnel to access list of <br /> .persons issued registry identification cards. Requires state and local law enforcement <br /> I Personnel to provide identification to department prior to obtaining information from <br /> list of persons issued registry identification cards. Creates Advisory Committee on <br /> SB 0772 3 Neut/Am Medical Marijuana in department. 3/31 <br /> Establishes Multimodal Transportation Fund to make loans to public bodies and <br /> private entities for transportation projects. Authorizes issuance of $200 million in <br /> lottery bonds for fund. Requires that moneys from interest on loans and repayment of <br /> ~rincipal of loans be deposited into Oregon Transportation Infrastructure Fund. <br /> SB 0777 3 Neutral Sunsets fund on January 2, 2008. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2005. 3/17 <br /> Sets limits on amounts that may be contributed to political candidates and political <br /> committees. Modifies limits if candidate contributes specified amount to candidate's <br /> own campaign. Requires filing of statement by person making certain independent <br /> expenditures or electioneering communications. Prohibits direct corporate and labor <br /> union contributions. Requires reporting of contributions made by intermediaries. <br /> Provides civil penalties. Becomes effective if amendment to Oregon Constitution <br /> allowing regulation of campaign contributions is approved by people at next general <br /> SB 0780 3 Neutral election. 4/28 <br /> Permits court to award punitive damages to whistleblower in civil action against <br /> SB 0790 3 Support ~ublic employer. 3/31 <br /> Directs Public Utility Commission to replace all intrastate, interexchange toll routes <br /> with statewide flat rate interexchange service.
