2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 Modifies authority of and procedures for public entity to pay compensation for or to modify, remove or not apply land use regulations that restrict use and reduce fair market value of real property. Modifies provisions authorizing establishment of lot of SB 1037 3 Monitor record dwellings in farm and forest zones. 5/12 Allows county to distribute amounts received from federal forest reserve receipts not required for county road fund to school fund of county. Declares emergency, effective SB 1043 3 Support July 1, 2005. 5/12 Creates authority for fatality review teams to review records related to domestic SB 1047 3 Support violence fatalities for purpose of preventing future fatalities. 5/05 Establishes Ending Homelessness Advisory Council within Housing and Community Services Department. Establishes Ending Homelessness Account separate and distinct from General Fund. Continuously appropriates account moneys to council. Expands membership on interagency coordinating council. Revises duties of council. Changes target date for achieving food security within state. Expands membership and revises membership qualifications for Hunger Relief Task Force. Changes quorum requirement for task force. Eliminates requirement for selection of officers SB 1048 3 Support and director. Allows SB 1056 3 Support private cause of action for damages. 5/26 Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to allow Legislative Assembly, or ~eople through initiative process, to enact laws limiting or prohibiting contributions made in connection with financing election campaigns.
