Establishes Oregon Coalition Brownfields Cleanup Fund and <br /> continuously appropriates moneys in fund to department for purposes of program. <br /> HB 2176A 2 Support Declares emergency, effective on passage. + } 4/21 <br /> Expands offense of driving while under influence of intoxicants to include any <br /> substance that adversely affects person's physical or mental faculties to noticeable or <br /> HB 2184 2 Support perceptible degree. Defines intoxicant. Takes effect July 1, 2006. 2/11 <br /> Changes statutory deadline to submit application for retail fireworks sales permit. <br /> Replaces list of unregulated items with reference to items identified by rule. Deletes <br /> certain definitions identifying characteristics of fireworks. Allows certain fireworks <br /> HB 2190 2 Support/Am definitions to be supplemented by rule. 2/01 <br /> Modifies definition of 'transient lodging' for transient lodging tax purposes to include <br /> houses, cabins, condominiums, apartment units, tent spaces and other dwelling units <br /> that are used for temporary human occupancy. Exempts certain dwelling units from <br /> state transient lodging tax. Authorizes Department of Revenue to adopt rules.
