2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 Eliminates position of Brownfields Redevelopment Coordinator. Limits total amount of Brownfields Redevelopment Fund that may be awarded to certain persons in any biennium. Authorizes certain payments from fund. { + Establishes Oregon Coalition Brownfields Cleanup Program in Economic and Community Development Department. Establishes Oregon Coalition Brownfields Cleanup Fund and continuously appropriates moneys in fund to department for purposes of program. Applies to transient lodging tax reporting periods beginning on or after January 1,2006.
