Requires revocation of <br /> municipal authority to administer and enforce building inspection program specialty <br /> HB 3339 3 Monitor code if municipality fails to take sufficient corrective action. 4/21 <br /> Exempts from disclosure under public records law audio recording of voice of caller <br /> to 9-1-1 emergency center unless public interest requires disclosure. Creates <br /> HB 3341 3 Monitor exceptions. Allows any person to obtain transcript of audio recording. 4/21 <br /> Requires ballots to contain designation 'None of the above' in addition to names of <br /> candidates for election to public office.
