2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> Requires person applying for driving privileges to present verified Social Security <br /> number or verified identifying number issued by United States Department of <br /> Homeland Security indicating that person is legally present in United States. <br /> Establishes driving privilege card for persons not able to present verified Social <br /> Security number or verified identifying number issued by United States Department of <br /> Homeland Security indicating that person is legally present in United States. Provides <br /> that driving privilege card grants same driving privileges as driver license but cannot <br /> HB 3473 3 Support/Am be used for identification purposes. 5/26 <br /> Makes legislative findings that many individuals have significant personal, emotional <br /> and economic relationships with other individuals, but are prohibited from marrying. <br /> Sets requirements for two adults who are legally prohibited from marrying to enter <br /> into reciprocal beneficiary relationship. Requires Director of Human Services to <br /> register reciprocal beneficiary relationship and issue certificate of reciprocal <br /> beneficiary relationship. Extends certain legal rights and obligations to reciprocal <br /> HB 3476 3 Monitor beneficiaries. Provides for termination of relationships. 5/26 <br /> Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Environmental Quality for <br /> certain biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other <br /> revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, specified bond proceeds and specified <br /> federal funds, collected or received by department. Limits biennial expenditures from <br /> lottery moneys allocated from Parks and Natural Resources Fund to department. <br /> Authorizes specified nonlimited expenditures. Limits biennial expenditures of <br /> HB 5026 3 Monitor department from federal funds. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2005. 3/31 <br /> Appropriates moneys from General Fund to State Forestry Department for certain <br /> biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, <br /> including Miscellaneous Receipts, and including certain federal funds, but excluding <br /> lottery funds, collected or received 5y department. Limits biennial expenditures of <br /> department from certain federal funds.
