Deletes obsolete provision regarding <br /> obtaining certificate of registration as professional structural engineer without <br /> SB 0083 3 Neutral examination. 2/11 <br /> Modifies laws requiring electric utilities to allow net metering for customers that have <br /> facilities for generation of electricity.
