No. 3173--Authorizing transfer of General Fund contingency appropriations for purchase of fire hydrant, valve equipment, and covering water main charge overruns, was read by number and title. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. c. Res. No. 3174--Establishing a 1979 rehabilitation house bank loan trust fund, was read by number and title. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Ro 11 ca 11 vote. Motion carried unanimously. D. Res. No. 3175--Establishing the CETA Program Agent Funds, was read by number and title. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. E. Res. No. 3176--Authorizing payment of bills and claims for period e June 11, 1979, through June 25, 1979, was read by number and title. In response to Mayor Keller's inquiry, Manager said the seventh item on the list of payables, Eugene School District 4-J, is CETA money and he will submit a memo to the Mayor confirming that fact. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Ro 11 ca 11 vote. Motion carried unanimously. IV. ITEMS FROM THE MAYOR A. Manager's Salary Increase Proposal--Mayor Keller proposed an increase in Manager's salary, an item which will be discussed at the June 27, 1979, meeting. B.
