No. 3199--Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with <br /> the State. <br /> Mr. Henry explained that the State Department of Commerce is requesting <br /> the City take informal action to accept certain code enforcement responsi- <br /> bilities for mobile home parks in subdivisions. He said the City had <br /> handled three of the for mobile home enforcement actions. He said mobile <br /> home alterations was the one addition to present practices which was being <br /> planned and that the City needed authorization to proceed with this. In <br /> addition, he said the resolution sought authorization for the staff to <br /> work out the details for mobile home licensing and enforcement in existing <br /> parks. <br /> Mr. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Haws, to adopt the resolution. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded, and passed, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> R~S~ <br /> Clfarles T.
