Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS ; <br /> A. Alley Vacation, Ray and Rod Ralls (AV 78-3) (map distributed) <br /> Assistant Manager referred to the map and said the vacation <br /> includes the retention of public utility easements over the entire <br /> area to be vacated. It comes to the Council with the unanimous <br /> consent of the Planning Commission. The petitioners have deposited <br /> the compensation for the alley with the City in accordance with normal <br /> policy. <br /> Public hearing was held with no testimony presented. <br /> CB 1971--Authorizing alley vacation located north on 2nd Avenue, west <br /> of Taylor Street <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be read the <br /> second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of <br /> the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time.
