C.B. 2027--Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Banyan Subdivision and <br /> sanitary sewer construction 350 feet south of Cal Young Road from <br /> Hammock Street to 240 feet east (1581--79-14) <br /> Request to be heard was received from John Morrison of Spyglass Development <br /> Company, 2000 Cal Young Road, Eugene, and Michael J. Starr of 235 Spyglass <br /> Drive, Eugene. . <br /> Mr. Teitzel explained that this project was initiated by petition from the <br /> owner of Banyan Subdivision. He stated that the most logical route of <br /> . . construction was on the boundary of the subdivision, which created an <br /> assessment to the adjacent property. <br /> +_._.f <br /> Mr. Morrison presented a map to the Councilors, showing the development <br /> of Champignon Subdivision.
