Smith, to approve the Council minutes of November 21, November 26, and November 28, 1979. Motion carried unanimously. B. Improvement Petitions 1. Laura's Subdivision--(affected property on petition; assessable cost: paving, 100%; sewers, 100%; City costs, none) Res. No. 3286--a resolution authorizing street paving, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer construction within and adjacent to Laura's Subdivision (1738) was read by number and title. 2. Tyinn Subdivision--(affected property on petition; assessable cost: paving, 100%; sewers, 100%; City costs, none) Res. No. 3287--a resolution authorizing street paving, sanitary sewer, ( and storm sewer construction within and adjacent to Tyinn - Subdivision (1775) was read by number and title. 3. Calvin Park 1st Addition--(affected property on petition; assess- able cost: sewers, 75%; City cost, none) Res. No. 3288--a resolution authorizing storm sewer construction within Calvin Park and Calvin Park 1st Addition (1758) was read by number and title. 4. Shasta Park 2nd Addition--(affected property on petition; assessable cost: sewers, 100%; City cost, none) Res. No. 3289--a resolution authorizing sanitary sewer construction within Shasta Park 2nd Addition (1582) was read by number and title. 5.
