This was not written into the <br />Code. Site Review had no contract. The City's enforcement of <br />these matters was difficult. He introduced Mr. Sloat and <br />Mr. Farah. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />, <br />Mr. Sloat said thi s was a fmi nor housekeepi ng amendment.
