There being no testimony presentedt public <br /> hearing was closed. <br /> CB 2184--Authorizing vacation of a seven-foot public utility easement <br /> located east of Miramar Streett north of 53rd Avenue. <br /> Ms. Smith movedt seconded by Mr. Lieuallent that the bill be read <br /> the second time by council bill number onlYt with unanimous <br /> consent of the council t and that enactment be considered at this <br /> time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> CB 2184 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Ms. Smith movedt seconded by Mr. Lieuallent that the bill be <br /> approved and given final passage. Roll call vote. All councilors <br /> present voting ayet the bill was passed and number 18692. <br /> B. Pedestrian Right-of-Way Vacation for Lloyd Lindley (PV 80-1) (map <br /> distributed) . <br /> Mr. Henry stated that this matter was denied by the Planning Commission <br /> e on May 12t 1980t with a 6:0 vote as well as being denied by the <br /> council in 1976.
