Mr. Reynolds responded that the commission has not reviewed or approved the budget so what the councilors receive would be a draft version. Mayor Keller indicated that he has heard the sensitivity of the council to provide local artists with every possible opportunity. This should be a guide- 1 ine for staff. Ms. Schue asked for reports on the dollar amount of Room Tax subsidies which were available last year and how much Room Tax income might be expected this year. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to call a public hearing for November 10, 1980, to consider policy statements and user rates for the Performing Arts Center.
