Hamel, Gretchen Miller, and Emily Schue. <br /> Adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, was called <br /> to order by His Honor Mayor Gus Keller. <br /> 1. ITEMS FROM MAYOR & COUNCIL, APPOINTMENTS, ANNOUNCEMENTS, AGENDA ADJUSTMENTS <br /> A. Announcements. <br /> 1. Commendation of Alma Nelson <br /> Res. No. 3450--A resolution commending Alma Nelson and extending sympathy <br /> to her family. <br /> . Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to adopt the resolution. Ro 11 c a 11 <br /> vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. Meetings <br /> Mr. Henry stated that at 1 p.m., an Executive Session of the council would be <br /> held to discuss possible land acquisition. At 1:30 p.m., interviews for the <br /> Planning Commission, Joint Housing Committee, and ERA will be held. Interviews <br /> will continue next Wednesday, December 10, for the Community Development Commit- <br /> tee and Citizen Involvement Committee. December 10, at 4 p.m., a Room Tax <br /> Subcommittee meeting will be held. <br /> II. ROUTINE ITEMS FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL <br /> A. Approval of Council Minutes of November 5, 1980, and November 21, 1980 <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to approve council <br /> minutes of November 5, 1980, and November 21, 1980.
