No. 3457--A resolution amending Resolution No. 3324; establishing <br /> fees in connection with inspections not covered by plan <br /> review or permit fees~ and providing for an effective <br /> date. <br /> Ms. Snith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to adopt the resolu- <br /> tion. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> II. ORDINANCE FOR SECOND READING <br /> A. Street Vacation Located at 29th Place Between Willamette Street and <br /> Oak Street (Krumdieck, Inc.) (SV 80-1) (map distributed) <br /> Mr. Henry explained the payment has been worked out with the developer. The <br /> developer paid $10,355 in fees and the ordinance has been changed to provide the <br /> retention of a bikeway and a fire access easement, which are necessary. <br /> . CB 2190--An ordinance authorizing vacation of a 50-foot-wide street <br /> ,- located at 29th Place between Willamette Street and Oak Street. <br /> Ms. Snith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be <br /> approved and given final passage. Ro 11 call vote. All counc il or s <br /> present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered <br /> 18746. <br /> III. CONDEMNATION AUTHORIZATION--EASEMENT FOR EAST BANK INTERCEPTOR (memo, map <br /> distributed) <br /> Mr. Henry introduced the bill and noted the presence of Don Gilman to answer <br /> questions. <br /> CB 2239--An ordinance authorizing the institution of proceedings in <br /> eminent domain for the acquisition by condemnation of a permanent <br /> easement for the expansion of the Willakenzie sanitary sewer pump <br /> station and construction of the East Bank Interceptor sewer from <br /> the existing Springfield treatment plant to the proposed regional <br /> treatment plant; and declaring an emergency. <br /> Ms. Snith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be read <br /> the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this <br /> . tjme.
