Approval of Council Minutes of February 25" 1981 <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to approve the council <br />minutes of February 25, 1981. Improvement Petitions <br /> <br />1. 39th Avenue (affected property on petition--assessable costs; <br />storm sewer 100%; City cost, none) <br /> <br />Res No. 3483--A resolution authorizing storm sewer construction to replace <br />ditch running through Ellis Park Elementary School property <br />at approximately 39th Avenue and Potter Street (1847). <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Thornebrook Subdivision (affected property on petition--assessab1e <br />costs: sanitary sewer, total square footage 114,300 feet; square <br />footage petitioned 86,000, '74 percent; storm sewer, total square <br />footage 142,800; square footage petitioned 106,700, 54 percent; <br />City cost, storm sewer $20,750) <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Res.
