Roll call vote; all councilors present <br />voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18777. <br /> <br />VII. MINI-RETREAT <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason said that the council had previously discussed having a mini-retreat. <br />Staff was prepared to poll council for dates, times, and agenda items in order <br />to make the retreat efficient. He asked if there was agreement among the <br />council. Ms. Smith asked if they would retain Don Murray as they had in the <br />past. Mr. Gleason said that he would like to do that. Ms. Smith suggested <br />contacting Mr. Murray.
