If it was not possible, <br />then staff should make a recommendation on landscaping that would minimize the <br />problem and the impact on the property. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5:1, Mr. Hamel voting no. <br /> <br />Because of a lack of time, the rest of the agenda was postponed to Monday, May <br />11, 1981. <br /> <br />II.
