Ordinance Expanding Joint Housing Committee (memo distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason explained that this is a housekeeping item to include the increase <br />of two members to the Joint Housing Committee to the listing of boards and <br />commissions in the code. <br /> <br />CB 2319--An ordinance concerning the Joint Housing Committee; amending <br />Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read the <br />second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent <br />of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. <br /> <br />Council Bill 2319 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present <br />voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18813. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws arrived at the meeting. <br /> <br />III.
