Hamel, <br /> Eric Haws, Cynthia Wooten, and Emily Schue. <br /> COUNCILOR ABSENT: Gretchen Mi 11 er. <br /> Adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, was called <br /> to order by His Honor Mayor Gus Keller. <br /> I. ITEMS FROM MAYOR & COUNCIL, APPOINTMENTS, ANNOUNCEMENTS, AGENDA ADJUSTMENTS <br /> A. Expression of Gratitude <br /> Mayor Keller thanked the council and staff who picked up his responsibilities when <br /> he was out of town. <br /> B. Sign Code Lighting Intensity <br /> e Councilor Lindberg indicated that he had asked Pat Lynch, Council Administrator, <br /> to coordinate with staff and the Planning Commission an analysis of the Sign <br /> Code regulations regarding lighting intensities in residential areas. <br /> C. Appointments <br /> Mr. Gleason indicated that the council had submitted ballots for openings on <br /> the Community Development Committee, the Citizen Involvement Committee, Eugene <br /> Urban Renewal Agency, and the Joint Housing Committee. <br /> The councilors voted as follows for the Citizen Involvement Committee openings: <br /> Eric Haws: Randall Douglass, Michael Fox, Brian Clark, and <br /> Harold Gausman <br /> Betty Smith: Eugene Albert, Brian Clark, Randall Douglass, <br /> Reverend T. Wayne Dyer, and Michael Fox <br /> Emily Schue: May Walston, Brian Clark, William Blitz, Harold Gausman, <br /> and Herta Tschersich <br /> Cynthia Wooten: Brian Clark, Reverend T.
