CB 2364--An ordinance authorizing rezoning from County AGT Agricultural, Grazing, and Timber-Raising District and County RA Suburban Residential District to R-2/PD Limited Multiple-Family Residen- tial District with Planned Unit Development procedures for property located south of Hillview Lane 1, east of Game Farm Road, and Old Co burg Road, north of Beltline Road (Area No.3). Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie that findings supporting the rezonings as set forth in the Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of August 11, 1981, be adopted by reference thereto;, that the bills be read the second time by council bill numbers only, with the unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time.
