WE DID ALL OF THE ~ULLDOZING, OVER HALf OF THE DITCHING, AND LAID ALL <br /> OF THE NECESSARY CULVERTS BEFORE RECEIVING THE DECISIONS OF THE LANE COUNTY <br /> HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE MAN WHO WAS TP PROVIDE US WITH CITY WATER. WE DE- <br /> SIRE VERY MUCH TO KEEP THE PROJECT ALIVE IN THE EVENTUALITY THAT THESE TWO <br /> SITUATIONS WILL IN THE rUTURE BE ABSOLVED. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT IN THE FI- <br /> e NANCIAL CONDITION NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE ROAD. <br /> WE THEREFORE, AT THI S TJ ME, ASK YOUR CONSIDERATION TO HELP US COMPLETE <br /> THE PROJECT IN RETURN FOR TITLE TO THE ENTIRE ROAD THAT WE HAVE BUILT AND <br /> FOR TITLE TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE UNFINISHED PORTION OF, THE ROAD. BESIDES. THIS, THE MOST DIFfiCULT PORTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> ON THE ROAD HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ALSO, THE AREA ON THE EAST SIDE OF SPENCER'S <br /> BUTTE PARK IS MUCH MORE LEVEL OVER A GREATER AREA AND THEREFORE_ LENDS ITSELF <br /> TO EASIER DEVELOPMENT AND THE POSSIBILITY or BETTER FACILITIES fOR THE <br /> GENERAL PUBLIC WHO WOULD USE IT. <br /> SPEC I f I CALL Y, IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE ROAD IT WILL HAVE TO BE GRADED <br /> WITH A MOTOR GRADER, THE 'DITCHING HAS TO BE COMPLETED, AND THE ROAD HAS TO . <br /> BE GRAVELLED. ALSO, THE ROAD AND RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL HAVE TO BE SURVEYED SO <br /> THAT WE WILL ACTUALLY HAVE A SPECifIC AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED ROAD AND RIGHT- <br /> Of-WAY TO GIVE TO YOU. IT IS EXTREMELY URGENT TO US THAT THIS ROAD BE GRA- <br /> VELLED BEFORE THE FALL RAINS SET IN BECAUSE WE HAVE A RENTAL UNIT ADJOINING THE <br /> ROAD AND WE HAVE A POSSIBILITY TO RECOVER SOME OF OUR LOSSES BY CUTTING OUR ASH <br /> AND OAK INTO FIREWOOD THIS COMING WINTER.
