Section 1. <br /> Notwithstanding the findings in the Community Development Manager’s Report and <br />Recommendation, the City Council denies the application of St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane <br />County, Inc. for an ad valorem property tax exemption under the City's Low-Income Rental Housing <br />Property Tax Exemption Program for the property located at 535 – 695 Betty Niven Drive, Eugene, <br />Oregon, 97405 (Assessor’s Map 18-03-08-33; Tax Lot Numbers 8000, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, <br />8600, 8700, 8800, 8900, 9000, 9100, 9200, 9300, 9400, 9500, 9600, 9700, and 9800; Assessor’s <br />Property Account Numbers 1641768, 1641776, 1641784, 1641792, 1641800, 1641818, 1641826, <br />1641834, 1641842, 1641859, 1641867, 1641875, 1641883, 1641891, 1641909, 1641917, 1641925, <br />1641933, and 1641941) because the applicant has failed to demonstrate satisfactory compliance with the <br />criteria in Section 2.939(2) of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 2. <br />The City Manager, or the Manager's designee, is requested to forward a copy of this <br />Resolution to the applicant within ten days from the date of adoption of this Resolution, along with a <br />notice informing the applicant of the right to appeal in the manner set forth in ORS 34.010 to 34.100. <br />Section 3. <br />This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the _____day of May, 2018. <br /> _____________________________________ <br /> City Recorder <br />- ¸ ΐΓǾ ΑΏΐΗǾ -¤¤³¨­¦ ȟ )³¤¬ Α$ <br /> <br />
