He stated that Agenda <br />Deliberation! She stated that a public hearing before the City Council was <br />scheduled for November 20, 2006. <br /> <br />In response to Mr. Hledik, Ms. Siegenthaler stated that the afternoon peak hour trip generations <br />reflected the worst case scenario, adding that the greatest load was on the streets. Ms. Gardner <br />added there was a greater stagger in the afternoon. <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Lawless, Ms. Siegenthaler said the current peak afternoon trip generation was <br />approximately 119 vehicles, and was expected to increase to 155 vehicles. <br /> <br />Mr. Hledik, seconded by Mr. Carroll, moved that the Planning <br />Commission recommend that the City Council approve both the <br /> <br />MINUTES-Eugene Planning Commission <br /> <br />October 30, 2006 <br /> <br />Page 1 <br />
