(541) 682-5032 FAX <br />www.eugene_or.gov <br /> <br />Date: October:16~ 2006 <br /> <br />To: Ann Siegenthaler, PDD <br /> <br />From: Gary McNeel, PWE <br /> <br />Subject: Oregon Motor P091 site - MA 06-2 <br />Review of Post Hearing Submittal Information <br /> <br />Ann, we have completed our review of the subject information provided by James Spickerman, <br />representative for the applicant, and offer the following comments for your consideration: <br /> <br />The documentation regarding trip generation provided by Lancaster Engineering (Exhibit C), <br /> <br />· Was based Upon appropriate source data (Trip Generation, 7th Edition, published by the Institute <br />of TransportatioJ) Engineers (ITE), <br />· Utilized the. proper assumption set (ITE land-use code 814, Specialty Retail, ITE land-use code <br />230, Residential Condominium/Townhouse, and appropriate three story development with about <br />half the site building footprint and the other half for surface parking and associated landscaping, <br />· Provided trip generation estimates during AM (where available), PM peak periods and average <br />weekday for the site under existing plan designation and proposed plan designations, . and <br />· Included a comparative analysis of the Existing vs. Proposed Plan.Designation Trip Generation <br />estimates to show compliance with Goal 12 Transportation Planning Rule (TPR) requirements. <br /> <br />We concur with the findings presented. and their demonstration of compliance with TPR requirements. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
