Stakeholders and Key Concerns <br />Key stakeholder groups and the general public will be offered multiple opportunities to engage the planning <br />process through varied means, both formal and informal. While the list will evolve over time, the following <br />key stakeholders are identified as having an important role in the proposed update: <br />Community Stakeholders: <br />Home Builders Association of Lane County <br />Neighborhood <br />Neighborhood associations and residents <br />Residents <br />Housing developers (both single and multi- <br />family) <br />Housing Policy Board <br />Chamber of Commerce <br />Housing <br />1000 Friends of Oregon <br />Builders <br />Advocates <br />Local land use consultants <br />Design professionals <br />(planners, <br />architects, engineers, etc.) <br />Sustainability Commission <br />Subsidized housing providers (St. Vincent <br />The key issues and concerns from the stakeholders range from time, cost, and predictability from those <br />DePaul, NEDCO, Homes for Good, <br />navigating the development process; to neighborhood livability, public health and safety, and protection of <br />Cornerstone, etc.) <br />natural resources from those affected by the impacts of development.
