Coordination with other Projects <br />The Project Team will coordinate with other projects underway for project efficiencies, workload <br />overlap, and contact lists. Existing projects identified to date include: <br />River Road Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan <br />o <br />Climate and Energy Action Plan Update <br />o <br />Comprehensive Plan development <br />o <br />Clear and Objective Standards for Housing <br />o <br />Growth Monitoring Program Development <br />o <br />Cost Analysis of Serving Different Development Patterns/Economic Cartography <br />o <br />Moving Ahead <br />o <br />Public Involvement Documentation <br />The project team will prepare a public involvement summary of all activities after each key milestone in <br />the project. Project summaries will be published online, and all participants and interested parties will <br />be notified and invited to review the documents and provide comment. <br />Project Stakeholders <br />Pro-active outreach to a diverse array of stakeholders is essential.
